When I pulled the 605 about 6 weeks back, I used a belt and the lift felt MUCH more awkward than the 560 I pulled a few minutes earlier.
My PR was 655 @ 265 with a belt and wraps (not straps!). I want to hit 660 and stay around 260 w no belt. I'll consider that progress! I'll also take pics to document that day.
I really feel that I should have SOME real strength, and with these long-ass monkey arms, I'm not putting up an impressive bench press anytime soon!

495lbs x 12 squats ... and not that quarter depth bullshit ... full ROM drop set to 315 rest / pause for 8. I sit on my calves for a 2 count on the rest pause then explode up. Fries my quads.
635 x 5 is my pr on the deep squat.
nothing else i do is anything impressive.
average deadlift 550 x 4
shitty bench 365 x 2

well this isnt recent but right before i tore my pec 4 months ago,
600x4 deadlift
320x3 incline bench
230x10 standing shoulder press
315x7 almost got 8 close grip bench
i wanted 650 deadlift before i turn 19 but thats not gonna happen it even hurts my pec when i dl

I pulled 735 lbs at Westside (just a belt) last Friday. With that said, I did lose my grip at lockout, so it doesn't count . I really need to work on my grip. I could pull 760+ with straps.
