    then again it fucked up my left knee for a good 2 weeks, but it was nice to go heavy without it hurting for once, used knee "straps" and didn't feel any pain at all, untill I took em off and couldn't even do leg extrensions without any weight lol.

    Hadn't deadlifted in about 6 months...after 7 weeks of training, pulled 605 @ 246 lbs.

    My best is 655, but I weighed 264 at the time, so I feel okay about the 605.
