I eat raw meat only (mainly muscle meat, but also liver, brains, tongue, blood, eye, bone marrow, etc... once or twice a month).
No other "diet" comes close.

Why in the HELL would you not just cook the meat? Sure, raw veggies and what not are great, but meat? WHY?!

There's no reliable evidence showing any benefit to consuming raw meat. Humans cook our food because it requires less energy and makes it easier to digest.
The only argument you may be able to make is that raw foods contain a greater amount of micronutrients than their cooked counterparts. I don't know about you but I'd rather have a multivitamin with my cooked chicken than have to choke down a half pound of raw, slimy chicken breast.

As far as evidence goes:

Most of the sources are reliable, lots of studies, some reports, 2-3 wiki links, etc....

It's just assumed that your opinion is true in most places today, that doesn't mean that it's right or wrong, but I'm leaning towards raw meat being better, I'm not 100% sure if that's true or not. I only started eating raw meat because it tastes better, what's the point of cooking your steak to rare everytime, like that minute on each side really makes a difference.....
The only thing I know is not good is carbohydrates, grains, dairy, fruits, vegetables, etc.... I stopped eating those for a while now, these are harmful, eating lightly cooked meat is better, raw is ofcourse better, IMO.

Also most of us eat 1 meal a day, some 2, but I don't see anymore than that, so half a pound of chicken breast would not qualify, when cutting I eat 3lbs of lean steak, when maintaining, 3-4lbs of fatty meat, if trying to bulk=Eat as much meat as I can stomach.
