    Default Anavar + other supps?

    Hi everybody! I'm new here (this is my very first post ) and I have a couple of questions. I'm about to start my very first var cycle but I've been taking creatine, beta-alanine + taurine everyday. Should I continue taking these other supps while on anavar? I read that creatine is a great combo with var so I don't plan on dropping that one... how about the beta & taurine?

    For the past few months I've been like sponge bob and I've been reading anything out there regarding var... I'm definitely ready for it. I'll start with 5mg per day (split 1/2 early in the morning 1/2 in the afternoon). I may increase it to 10 mg if all goes well but I don't plan on going higher than that.

    there is no reason you cant use the above mentioned supps while using var. what are you doing...cutting, bulking?

    Hey Tammy! Thanks for your reply! I'm cutting right now. I just finished a mini bulk and gained about 10 lbs. I plan on losing about 8 so I'm hoping the var will help me keep my hard earned muscle . I know is not much to lose but I was already lean to begin with... I just want to be leaner. After this I plan on being at maintenance for a couple of months then do a specialization for my quads so I'll be eating slightly above maintenance.

    What happens when you eat at maintenance and are on var? Will it just help me with my strength but I won't see any changes composition wise? I'll be doing a 10 week cycle so I may end up eating at maintenance for a couple of weeks while on it. I'll determine if I need to lose more after I lose those 8 depending on how I look.

    Hey Victoria,
    I'm new on here as well and I am loving it so far! everyone seems so helpful. I was readin your post and it sounded like I was listening to myself. We both have the same goals in mind minus the bulking phase. I am looking to lean/ cut as well and I am taking the two supps (plus more) u mentioned as well and was interested in taking var but want to remain feminine. What is the Taurine for? Is that to aid the liver while taking Var?

    I love this website too! I've been soaking up every bit of information from here

    I don't take Taurine for the var as I haven't started my cycle yet (I'm waiting for it to arrive in the next few days). I read in another forum some of the studies of the combo of Creatine + Beta + Taurine so it got me interested in them so I did my research too. I can tell you that they have helped me tremendously with my energy levels at the gym and it has in fact, helped my strength.     I'm not sure about me telling you where I got it from since I'm sure it's against the rules in open forums like this. I ended up subscribing to a source forum and did my own research on who to buy it from.

    ok sorry...didnt know, I'll just do my research. I havent taken, purchased anything that cant be bought at your local vit store. I was just curious and started to look around for posts that were in relation to my goal in mind and found yours. I am currently taking beta-alanine and creatine so I was curious and wanted to pick your brain. =))

    Composition changes are largely nutrition and training related but anavar is great for strength and hardness. 10mg daily is plenty for a first run. The threshold where female users experience side effects is quite narrow. some experience sides at doses as low as 10mg daily and many report sides at 20mg daily so I would advise against increasing your dose above 10mg.

    Creatine is great on or off cycle. I see no reason to discontinue any of your sups.
