I PAINTED on Dream Tan over Jan Tana on James and it just runs off of him. Thats about what you are gonna get. James...I wont be there this show...get more DT.
I only have opinions but just sent James mine on how to rip up those legs for deep cuts by the NAs.

James if DT just runs off you you may want to give liquid sun rayz a try, I am pretty fair and was real pleased with a few base coats of Jan Tana Competition Color followed by Severla coats of the LSR gives a nice deep brown to us Pale folks

Thanks for the suggestions. wil check into it. Baldie got realy fruustrated with trying to get me dark. I had like 8 totla coats of stuff from wed to Fri and another two on Sat. Madness.
Follow up - had major edema in feet and ankles after flight home. Flying does not help me at all. The Dr said heart was ok -no mermur, had a a strong heart beat- kinda ruled out that as one possible cause, then ordered a fucking ultrasound on my legs- grrrrrr- to check for blood clots- another possible cause- kinda doubt it, lol, and a blood test- thyroid, etc- thats ok, since I had blood sugar crashes anyway, probably a good thing. Best case scenario- it all checks out and she will give me some diuretics to help with flying.

Blood test shows nothing serious. a couple elevated liver enzymes...
So why the blood sugar crashes?? the edema??. Next week I guess she will give me carbs and lasix and send me on my way......lol

Good luck at North Americans, J! Wish I could get there, but have to work.
Definitely had you 2nd at Masters. I understand the other guy was making a comeback from heart issues, but sympathy should not enter into the judging. You had better overall conditioning.
But best thing is to move on and hope for better.

Thanks guys!
Have been busy and not able to get online much so have not been posting my workouts here. 236 lbs and hammering toward the North Americans. Have a couple tweaks set up. Water will not be a problem- at least it will be solved. Will be dry. hard. and big.

Amen...
and the choir nods in agreement....
A guy at a recent state show sent a letter to the promoter...talking about he was going to kill himself...the contest gave him purpose and meaning...I just looked at Xiomara and then at the guys wife...how did she feel having the laundry aired? the guy gets a sympathy 3rd placing when he deserved 5th at best. Bullshit.

Just from what i see, you don't need any excuses. You got the tools to do the job IMO.

Home stretch for the NA's. Diet now at its tightest; egg whites, tilapia, chicken, some oatmeal or bran muffins, occasional veggies or salad to put the chicken down with, rice here and there a couple times a weeks maybe, coffee with some splenda, water and not much else.. feel like Mile 10 of the Bataan death march.
Carrdio is 80% the HIIT variety, going as hard as possible during intervals. occasional mid range bike ride mixed in. Training intense, Legs dead. Will be peeled in Cleveland.
