12 Weeks out dieting for already 3 weeks
Hey guys,
Im dan. Im looking to compete in 12 weeks for a natural comp and a show a week later. im only 17 but yeah just tell me your opinions and what needs to be worked on and if posing is correct and the rest of it.

Also the pictures go Top to bottom in progression
the first half of pictures 3rd of dieting
and the bottom half is the 2nd week of dieting and the pic of abs and obliques is end of the 3rd week todays picture
and the side relaxed were im in shorts is 3rd week picture too

Once you come in for your show, you should have a nice offseason. You could really pack on some good size with your physquie and being only 17. Right now is the time to grow like a weed, my friend!

Good work bro look great for 17. The only thing I would say is do a bit more side laterals make you look a bit wider and i would say you would be ready to kick some ass. Best of luck bro

legs are lagging in comparison to upper and not as lean. Since you are already so lean relatively speaking I believe you could have calories at a solid intake and still make leg improvements through this prep.
Id consider a quad and ham day, separately.
Then its just a matter of getting lean enough.
For 17 look excellent, shit for any age, but for 17 its quite impressive. Wish I was carried that leanness and muscle at that age.
