yesterday was shoulders and traps heres my workout
db press- 30x12(2 sets) 40x10 50x8 55x8
front raises- i just use a plate for these- 10x12 25x10 25x10 35x8
bent over raises- 20x12 25x12 30x12
upright rows- 45x12 65x12 95x10
barbel shrugs- 95x12 135x12 185x10 225x8
smith machine behind the back shrugs- 50x12 75x12 95x12
i took the need2 slin with my breakfest of eggs oatmeal and almonds and my second dose with my shake after shoulders. i noticed yesterday and again today i wake up a lil fuller and more vascular. not anearth shattering difference but i can tell. my fav part is my pumps last me almost an hr after lifting. this has happened every time so far and its bn 4 days.

Did you say your taking the need2slin with your food?
It needs to be dosed 30 mins before food, and at your weight 1 cap 2 x a day as needto suggested.
If you take it with food you will loose about 70 percent of its effectivness, it needs to be taken on an empty stomach and allow it to start working before eating.

ok so i took the slin exactly thirty mins before breakfast this morning. i felt warm like maybe 15 mins in so that was new since i hadnt bn waiting 30 mins before eating. pwo shake was a little tricky tho as i like to srink it asap after lifting. so i just popped it when i got towards the end of my chest session. im still noticing how much fuller i appear all day and i feel harder overall too.
heres my chest routine today
db bench- 20x12 30x12 50x10 70x8 80x8
db incline-30x12 40x12 60x8x2
db flyes-30x10 40x10 50x10
db inclines-20x12 30x12 40x12

yesterday was legs. heres my workout
leg extensions- 30x12 60x12 90x12
squats-barx12 95x12 135x10 185x10 235x8 285x6
hack squats 90x10 110x10 160x8
lunges( i do these in my driveway and just walk back and forth one full time for one set and do that 3 times with 40 lb db
leg curls 20x12 25x12 30x12
since i have bn talking the slin before i eat i notice in even more fuller and hard. and my veins pop out alot more now all day long and the noticeability is more dramatic with each passing day. i really love this feeling.

Meal 1-4 whole eggs with 1 cup of oatmeal and 1/2 cup almonds
Meal 2-8oz chicken with 1 1/2 cups of brown rice and 1/2 cup almonds
Meal 3-2 scoops of isolyze and 2 scoops of carbolyze with 2 tbsp of natty pb
Meal 4-same as 3 but 3 scoops of carbolyze and no pb
Meal 5-8oz lean ground meat with one big baked potato and 1/2 cup almonds/
Meal 6-4 whole eggs
Meal 7-3 scoops of isolyze and 2 tbsp of natty pb
