yea sry my comp bn fucked up for like a week i could only get on from my phone and its hard to post on it.
anyway im loving the slin so far i weghed myself sunday and i had gained 2.5 pounds since i weighed myself last which was before i started the slin. every morning i have bn waking up feeling full even tho i havent eaten yet. and i feel fuller throughtout the day. i really like this product so far and the effects.

need2 or russian star, what do u reccomend as the maximum amount of carbs i take in per day in order to see the best gains?

smith deadlifts- 100x12 150x12 230x10 310x8( i think the numbers are right if the smith bar weighs 10 pounds?)
my vascularity is extremely noticable especially in forearms and arms. i even was told by a nurse in my sociology class that i have veins she would love to poke.ha. i still have half the bottle of slin left i guess cuz im taking half the doasge.
