    yea sry my comp bn fucked up for like a week i could only get on from my phone and its hard to post on it.

    trainings good i have more stamina and my muscles dont get as fatigued during. todays back ill post the workout after i finish later. as for supps im taking wtf pre workout and isolyze and carbolyze along with the slin of course

    db side laterals- 10x12 20x12 25x12 30x10
    urpright rows- close grip followed by a wider grip for one full set- bar(45)x12 65x12 75x10 95x8
    bent over laterals- 10x12 15x12 20x10
    barbell shrugs- 135x12 185x12 225x10 285x8 315x6
    need2 or russian star, what do u reccomend as the maximum amount of carbs i take in per day in order to see the best gains?

    yea i defly get at least 50 grams in when i take the slin especially with the pwo shake. what about for a whole day how many carbs should i consume?

    wide grip chins- bwx20 10x15 25x8
    reverse grip rows- 95x12 135x12 185x10 225 x8 245x6
    rope lat pulldowns- 20x10 35x10 45x8
    db rows- 40x12 50x10 60x8
    smith deadlifts- 100x12 150x12 230x10 310x8( i think the numbers are right if the smith bar weighs 10 pounds?)

    my vascularity is extremely noticable especially in forearms and arms. i even was told by a nurse in my sociology class that i have veins she would love to poke.ha. i still have half the bottle of slin left i guess cuz im taking half the doasge.

    Hell yeah tell me about it! That's one way to pick up the ladies. Take 2 caps a day? Thats what I am taking: one before meal 1 and one more last meal.
