doing research on synthol and my conclusion

in exscess amounts with other conditions. like hereditery, or eating to much red meat high in fat. i truly feel when you take synthol in high high amounts you will have heart problems. but in moderation i believe there is less of a risk.

i know people who know mike matarrazzo and admitted to using a lot of synthol. with a high red meat intaking. combind with the two i truly believe that led to his heart problems.

and me DA with my high blood pressure, i diet balanced fat , carbs and protein. and taking a lotttt of synthol back in the day. that causes my artery to weaken.

and there are others with heart problems dont know factual but i think thats a big factor, also take into consideration lots of anabolics, gh etc making the heart larger doing more work.

so is it the main cause but im sure dosent help. so there isnt any one thing. i truly feel numerous factors have to add up when it comes to the heart with bodybuilders and what they put in there body.its like my famous quote put all the pieces together and youll get a great body. same as far as heart problems, put all the pieces together and you would prob have heart problems

certainly. MCT oil is an extremely heart healthy oil as things go. Intramuscular injection is a bit of a silly way of getting your macros but 10-20 grams of MCT oil (coconut oil) a day is likely a decent addition to your diet.

Worst case scenario is it does nothing for you and is good for 9 calories per gram.

i have used synthol to stretch the fascia in my lats and bi's. the end result was a limitor was expanded and i grew bigger. i still hold the mass gain over a year later although the synthol is long gone. this is the effective synthol method.
