how many of you use smith machine
how many of you guys use a smith machine for flat bench, incline bench, shoulder press or anything else (shrugs, squats, deadlifts)
i tried flat and incline smith presses and shoulder presses on it this week and i felt a lot more isolation
Im thinking about making it a staple in my workout and possibly taking out regular barbell benching and shoulder press out and just do the smith..thoughts??

I balance it and other machines in to my workouts. I did behind the neck shoulder presses with it today as a matter of fact.

I have not indulged in the wonderful exercise of BH the neck presses, after tearing both of my posterior labrums... but if they where to be repaired , i'd still do those mother fuckers.

IF I am training alone, I only do benches and military press on the Smith Machine.
