Yeah from pics you can place guys in the "ball park" then it comes down to little details that the judges can see.

With Mike though, his separation is so deep that from the pics you know that he is on.

Is there a criteria one must fill to be an IFBB judge? Do the athletes as a group have any power to require judges to be graded and have to earn the right to work a contest?

You've got to be kidding? he only power athletes have is the power they will never use - all agreeing not to go on stage unless demands are met. The last time the athletes had balls like that was 1943. That's when the IFBB was borne, seceding from the AAU. After that everybody thinks nobody should do what anybody could.
