sust is more painful to inject usually. test E or C is easier...

Go with test c or e. Sust is okay but can have alot more peaks and valleys between injections.
Run 500mg for 10-12 weeks alongside .5mg adex eod. Make sure you have a sound PCT on hand.

precisely. i have never understood why Dave recommends it. That is the reason many people mention it. I have never followed that as it is just not scientifically sound. You should be dosing winny once a day or twice a day....not once every 2 days.

What you don't understand here, BRAH is that short esters have more test per mg than a long ester. Now, the previous sentence was in regard to your comment that you'd have to take more of a short ester to meet your longer ester dosage.

this is my first test cycle. i'm test e. 2.5 weeks in on a 10 week cycle. checked out some good sites. i'm add ing in some t3 and exe as my ai as soon as 2 days. using clen as well. diet is in check.test only was recommended so that i could see what it would do by itself. i would like to do more but taking it slow.
