Funny Video! Watch the guy doing shrugs in back
A local guy posted this ab training video on my website. He does some grueling leg extended sets while holding onto a bench. He had no idea some guy was doing "turkey neck shrugs" behind him, lol. Watch how far the weight moves.

Those leg extension things are called Dragon Flags. He is doing a beginner version, close to a version called a tucked in Dragon Flag.

HA HA thats a quality 4 second static hold with a nice chin lift. Sorry but I would definately have pointed out what a shrug should look like to him. Saying that I do ignore a sh1t load of people in the gym curling 4kg dumbells etc. You can tell my gyms not hardcore - right
