Energy Levels
Recently (last 12-24 months) my energy levels seem to have diminished relative to what they once were (like in my 20's). I look after myself, eat well, sleep OK and don't suffer too much in the way of stress.
Now in my mid 30's its as though I'm lacking a couple of 'gears' when I run, lift or whatever. Although my base strength seems comparable and undiminished I'd like your suggestions on how to regain the 'zing' that I feel I used to have in abundance. I seem to have 'lost' the turbo boost.
Cheers.

I have had the same problems, got my test checked and Dr said I ranked in the high percentile of free testosterone. Don't know what else it could be, I can barely make it through a workout anymore like I used to.
