Need2Slin is happening.....
I am going to start logging this product next week when I recieve it.
I am going to start off now and give you my stats/diet/training
22 years old
168 lb
5'6"
Diet:
Meal 1: 5 eggs (2 whole), 1 cup oatmeal
Meal 2: 7oz chicken and 1/3 cup nuts and 1 cup rice or oats
Meal 3: same as meal 2
Meal 4: see workout protocol below (on off days, replace this with another meal just like any of the other meals)
Meal 5: 6oz lean red meat, 1 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, 1 cup rice or oats
Meal 6: 5 whole eggs, broccoli
Night shake: 50g whey and 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil (or macadamia nut oil)
Preworkout: 20gm scoops waxy maize, 20gm scoops whey
Postworkout: 20gm scoops waxy maize, 20gm scoops whey
30 min later: 1/2 c oats, 20 gm whey
No cardio for now.
Training:
3-way split, 4 days a week.
Chest/Shoulders/Triceps
Legs
Back/Biceps

Still waiting on the package to arrive but I have been experimenting with the diet. I added some things in:
Meal 1 : 8 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 80 gm oats
Meal 2 : 50 gm shake, apple, 10 almonds
Meal 3 : 8 oz chicken, 1 c rice, 2 tsp EVOO
Meal 4 : 8 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 1 c rice
Meal 5 : 50 gm shake, 1/2 c oats, 15 gm walnuts
Meal 6 : 8 oz chicken, broccoli, 20 almonds
Night Shake : 50 gm shake, 1 TBSP EVOO
According to DailyBurn:
350gm pro
225gm carb
114 gm fat
43p/27c/30f
According to me:
388gm pro
180gm carb
75gm fats
From the look I may increase carbs some, I could most likely get a way with 300gm protien and higher carbs
Cant wait until the warehouse get some ground beef in. All they have right now is 86/14 ground beef. Maybe settle and get it since it 1.89/lb. But may be a couple more weeks until 93/7 comes in

Yesterday was the first day I took the Need2Slin.
Training:
Today was an off day and cant wait to hit it tomorrow!
Diet/Dosing:
20 min before: 1 Need2Slin
Meal 1 : 8 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 80 gm oats
Meal 2 : 50 gm shake, apple, 10 almonds
Meal 3 : 8 oz ground beef, 5 oz rice
Meal 4 : 8 oz chicken, 5 oz rice, 2 tsp EVOO
Meal 5 : 8 oz beef, 5 oz rice
20 min before: 1 Need2Slin
Meal 6 : 8 oz chicken, broccoli, 20 almonds
Night Shake : 50 gm shake, 1 TBSP EVOO
So far, the only thing that feels different is that I am feeling very tired right now. Not sure if it is the Need2Slin or not.

Woke up took 1 Need2Slin 30 ming before having Meal 1 with some coffee (Thank Gosh my GF's sister works at Starbucks!).
Didnt feel much of anything.
As the day went on I continue to hit my meals but then found myself not feels "as hungry or fuller."
Then took 1 Need2Slin 30 min prior to Meal 6 before bed.
Sleep/Rest is awesome. I slept very hard and this morning was one of the few times I relied on the alarm clock.
Also, added in red meat back in.
Meal 1 : 8 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 80 gm oats
Meal 2 : 50 gm shake, apple, 10 almonds
Meal 3 : 8 oz gound beef, 1 c rice, 10 almonds
Meal 4 : 8 oz chicken, 1 c rice, 2 tsp EVOO
Meal 5 : WORKOUT protocol
Meal 6 : 8 oz chicken, broccoli, 20 almonds
Night Shake : 50 gm shake, 1 TBSP EVOO
Workout Protocol:
20 min before: 20 gm WMS, 20 gm whey
post: 20 gm WMS, 20 gm whey
20 min later: 40 gm oats, 20 gm whey
Then had Meal 6 - 1.5 hours later with 1 Need2Slin

Woke, started the coffee, took my 1 Need2Slin.
30 Min later
Meal 1 : 8 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 80 gm oats
Rest of my meals:
Meal 2 : 50 gm shake, apple, 10 almonds
Meal 3 : 8 oz gound beef, 1 c rice, 10 almonds
Meal 4 : 8 oz chicken, 1 c rice, 2 tsp EVOO
Meal 5 : same as meal 3
Meal 6 : 8 oz chicken, broccoli, 20 almonds
Night Shake : 50 gm shake, 1 TBSP EVOO
I have been feeling tired latley and having a loss of apetitie. Not sure if this is due to Need2Slin or not.
Tomorrow is Back/Biceps
