Feeling good
Yesterday was a better day when it came down to not feeling so tired. My appetite picked backed up also yesterday.
My weight is moving up, just like I was told. Vein are still noticable in my shoulders doing my work out the other night.
Could I bump the dose up to 2 Need2Slin twice a day or stick to one?

Today:
Workout was legs and it was a pump from HELL!
The scale is going UP and the viens are stilll popping.
Meal 1 : 8 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 80 gm oats
Meal 2 : 50 gm shake, apple, 10 almonds
Meal 3 : 8 oz gound beef, 1 c rice, 10 almonds
Meal 4 : 8 oz chicken, 1 c rice, 2 tsp EVOO
Meal 5 : WORKOUT protocol
Meal 6 : 8 oz chicken, broccoli, 20 almonds
Night Shake : 50 gm shake, 1 TBSP EVOO
Workout Protocol:
20 min before: 20 gm WMS, 20 gm whey
post: 20 gm WMS, 20 gm whey
20 min later: 40 gm oats, 20 gm whey
Then had Meal 6 - 1.5 hours later with 1 Need2Slin
What would happen if I bump the doses up to 2 Need2Slin, twice a day?

Today went well. Only difference is that my legs are swore as hell from yesterdays workout!
Tomorrow is chest/shoulders/triceps. Going to get barbell bench a trying for a few workouts.

Today is all screwed up. Was heading to the office this morning only to find out that we would have some crews working the night and I needed to be there to for the work. So I have been up since 6 am and will not be back in bed until 5am or so. But I managed to get a workout in today:

Still keeping my form VERY strict, working the negative VERY hard getting that deep stretch and only going to 80% ROM keeping constant tension on the muscle being worked.
Had a SICK SICK pumkp today!

I am bumping up carbs a little bit today.

Been following along. Would you suggest Need2Slin as something to start with by itself to induce fat loss?
