Thread: Need2Slin is happening.....

After taking some pictured yesterday, I notice that I have not gained much fat at all. So I am increasing my carbs. I seem to believe that the Need2Slin is working well. I am gaining more mass in my back mostly.
Old diet:
Meal 1 : 8 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 80 gm oats
Meal 2 : 50 gm shake, apple, 10 almonds
Meal 3 : 8 oz chicken, 1 c rice, 2 tsp EVOO
Meal 4 : 8 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 1 c rice
Meal 5 : 50 gm shake, 1/2 c oats, 15 gm walnuts
Meal 6 : 8 oz chicken, broccoli, 20 almonds
Night Shake : 50 gm shake, 1 TBSP EVOO
New Diet:
Meal 1 : 8 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 100 gm oats
Meal 2 : 50 gm shake, apple, 15 almonds
Meal 3 : 8 oz ground beef, 1.5 c rice, 2 tsp EVOO
Meal 4 : 8 oz chicken, 1.5 rice, 2 tsp EVOO
Meal 5 : 50 gm shake, .75 c oats, 20 gm walnuts
Meal 6 : 8 oz chicken, broccoli, 20 almonds
Night Shake : 50 gm shake, 1 TBSP EVOO
Making some minor changes for right now. Not making too big a a jump. But suggestions are welcome ANYTIME!
