Going back to Flat Bench pressing, but with caution.
I will be doing my lifts by going off of percentages and not by how I feel. I will have numbers in my log prior to going to the gym that I am going to hit. Each week is going to have a different percentage with set and reps.
Chest/Choulder/Triceps

Meal 1: 60 gm oats, 10 egg whites (1 whole), 15 gm whey
Meal 2: 4 oz rice, 7 oz steak
Meal 3: 4 oz rice, 7 oz chicken
Meal 4: same as Meal 2
Meal 5: same as meal 3
Need2Slin 30 min before
Meal 6: 8 oz chicken, almonds, broccoli
Taking that short time off from all supplements, really helped me out.
