Fuck I've been using a bullshit scale and my numbers were off. Although the gains is still 9lbs in one month because I used the same scale all the time, but it was/is off. So I must have been 159lbs when I started.

Bought a new scale, arrived today and here are the numbers, the BF and shit might be off but the weight is on point which is what I really want.

So as of today:

Weight 168.4Lbs
BF 13.1%
Body Water 61%
Bone Mineral Mass 9.0lbs
Muscle Mass 69.2lbs

1st set 50lbs 25x, 2nd set 60lbs 15x, 3rd set 70lbs 10x, 4th set 100lbs 10x, 5th set 100lbs 8x

DB Hammer curls
1st set 25lbs 10x, 2nd set 35lbs 10x, 3rd set 45lbs 10x

DB flat bench
1st set 50lbs 15x, 2nd set 60lbs 10x, 3rd set 70lbs 10x, 4th set 80lbs 10x, 5th set 80lbs 8x

Incline Hammer strength (not sure of the machine so counting the plates only)
50lbs 12x, 2nd set 70lbs 12x, 3rd set 90lbs 12x

BW dips
3x10

Yup during the day I take the capsules, but right after my workouts I take it in a powder form, faster absorption.

Thanks man I look in the mirror and I am pretty sure where the added weight is at, but I will definitely see it when I take my pics on Saturday. I like to place th epics side by side for comparison.

I took the pic yesterday as I feel I am in the zone right now. It is the way I feel head down, no looking around, no turning back, leave me the fuck alone and let me do me.
