    Arrow Test Bloat in 1st week??

    Hey what up bros... I just have a quick question.

    Ive been eating the EXACT same foods for the past month. But last week I started my cycle of Test E - 250mg EOD. and TREN Ace 75mg EOD.

    The past 2 days i feel bloated. My carbs are pretty minimal - a lot of fats and protein. But My weight has gone up around 10lbs. Im still as vascular and muscular looking as when I was 210 - so its not "fat" but I feel my midsection just bloated and holding water.

    my question is does test bloat set in that quick? My face is slightly puffier as well. Like I said my diet is exactly the same so it cant be that im eating bad or eating a lot of carbs..

    Im doing jiu jitsu 1.5 hours a day after weight training.. hopefully it takes some of the water weight off..

    I have arimidex too if thats it but not sure if i should wait to use it..

    any thoughts?

    It's possible. But more likely with something like test prop. Could your Tren be Test prop by mistake?

    Could be other causes as well.

    hmm... well I dont really think its prop.. ive used prop before - and testoprim-D which is test E with prop and trust me I fucking huuuuurt on prop.. this is painless. Plus ever since starting the tren ive had CRAZY dreams and wake up constantly throughout the night.. something that never happened before. Also its sciroxx so I think its g2g...

    but I have never gone this high.. only done 2 cycles prior at 500mg of test/wk.

    also, my protein has been coming from 2-3lbs of beef fajita daily - along with protein shakes.

    I havent done my jiu jitsu in about 5 days so I know Im holding excess water because of that but also was wondering if gear has something to do with it.

    My arm measurements are up a 1/2 inch in the morning after 9 days on cycle - something is def. working... I probably just need to sweat out the excess

    Personally I've never had any noticeable water retention for at least two weeks. I would start taking the arimidex now and it will help with your water retention.

    a few thigs to consider

    1. beef fajitas may be part of the answer. thats potentially lot of sodium. that combined with massive fluid loss from BJJ may have your body hoarding fluid due to the new hormone variance.

    2. are you taking in any splenda products? as a sweetner in your protein powder, propel or the alike? I have seen many people with fluid retention while on cycle and using splenda and it really caused retention.

    3. i know you just started, but going from zero to ~900mg per week of test alone is a big jump and your body may just be adjusting.

    keep up your lytes en mass. watch sodium intake to a degree and consider cutting back on BJJ a bit for a few weeks until your body better adjusts.

    Hey bro, yeah I always get a little bloat from test. Not much you can do except try the arimidex, but that can cut into your gains. Maybe you can try upping your water intake to flush out the excess, that helps me hold less. One last small thing you can do is look at your sodium intake. Hope this helps
