Protein/Vegetable day?
Anyone know the breakdown of the protein/vegetable day? Like how much vegetables per meal? I know the breakdown is 60% protein 10% carb 30% fat for his regular diet but whats the protein/vegetable day look like?

i asked this question before when I did palumbo diet for 3 weeks before giving that up lol
for protein and veg day yuore meant to drop all the olive oil, peanut butter, cashew nuts and basically just eat protein and veg, no fats I think, but double check on that because Im not 100%

I think I saw somewhere that for each meal...say its supposed to be 20 grams of fat, you use 20 grams of carbs/veggies....

Im pretty sure you drop all fats and have some green veggies with your chicken, fish, beef ect. I wouldnt over think it to much. Having 1-2 extra servings of broccoli isnt gonna cause any negitive effect IMO.
