60 grams of the whey of your choice, 1 cup of oats ground up in a blender or even better coffee grinder, 2 tbs of natty pb or mac nut oil.
better than anything you will find on sup store shelves.

One day people will realize just HOW GOOD this shake really is, and just how good variations of the shake really are (in terms of quantities of the 3 ingredients there: Whey, natural pb and oatmeal)^
Good calories, PLENTY of calories if you want it to be, and goes down very easy. PLUS you know what is going into your body.

I agree with PastGenetics gainer recipe as optimal, but sometimes I need a change and the my homemade shakes were hard to get down. I really like Myogenix Critical Mass cuz it's got creatine and Waxy Maize mixed in. Plus it's not super sweet and you can chug it fast.
