I trained legs like crazy when I was training, and I regret it. If I ever get back into it again, I'll do everything except train legs.
Fuck not being able to get in decent jeans. I'm going to do just enough to give myself a decent sweep and that's it. Big legs are a complete hinderance.

I fukin kill my legs, love it. I wan't to slap people who don't train legs and that's alot of idiots where i train.
My girl will train heavier than just about every guy in the gym and she only weighs 140lb.
Sickening!

Nothing looks more stupid on a bodybuilder than a great upper body built upon toothpicks for legs. People like to train the 'showy' body parts, simple as that. Also, the kind of pain that comes with training legs properly is too much for some people to handle. You see it all the time with the Dbags who wear the long shorts and wife beaters in the summer time.

I kind of like it, leaves the squat rack very uncrowded.
