Damn, crazy strength for a girl
Question for the form gurus: Isn't the double underhand grip a little dangerous? Like when I'm DLing I switch from double overhand to a baseball grip once I get to 315. And even there, it feels like the bicep of the underhand arms is about to rip in half. This never happens when I go double overhand though. Is there and advantage to rowing like this? Never rowed that way before

I always do barbell rows overhand grip, back flat, body parallel to the floor, and pulling into the waist. Opposing grip feels like I'm hitting one side of the back harder than the other, and the underhand grip...well, that's how Dorian tore his bicep, so I say, fuck that.
I never use straps. If I can't pick up the weight with my hands, I have no business fucking around with it.

I don't get the comments about straps. What exactly are you training? Your forearms or your back? I prefer to not have my thumbs wrapped around the bar when I do rows. Helps me focus more on the lats instead of the biceps. To each their own I suppose.

exactly lol in that position i can rep out 135 lol wtf is that supposed to do i warm up on that just to loosen my shoulder up lol i do not care about my grip. what judge says "dayum look at the grip on that one!" grip is irrelevant IMO unless you are a competitive powerlifter
thanks hun.. i miss t bar rows bad. my new gym in cali has the gay machine which i hate.. knocked the wind out of me. i try to so the old school ones but the gym is so packed they would freak if i took a bar
