    lol truee, but the aunt jemimah box says that the amount of batter i used makes 15-25 pancakes. It really only made like 6 really big ones, lol i just gave the amount they put on the box. That shyt is never accurate, who really makes 1/4 inch pancakes?? thats lameee, lolllll.

    Ive had the most epic cheats of anyone I know...I have a huge appetite.

    I once sat down and ate an order of potato skins, 4.5 slabs of ribs, baked potatoe, salad, 2 rolls, 6 beers, and a slice of cheescake!

    I seriously think instead of weight training I should just try some professional eating contests!

    Either you are on really heavy androgens that is making you bloat up like that, or you have kidney problems..

    If its heavy androgens, you need to prolly get on or up your antiestrogen intake, or cut back on the androgens..

    What is your resting heartrate during this period of bloat, & what is you resting heartrate normally?

    Not sure on my resting heart rate.
    As far as the androgens im not on anything heavy. Im only taking clen like 140mcg a day with only 15mg dbol a day(Mostly to keep me anabolic and help keep size a bit) I know dbol retains water but cmon 15mg? u think that can relle make me hold water??

    do this, check you resting heart rate now.

    Yes, especially if you aren't on an AI.

    I bloat on any aromatizable compound, even at low doses... So I always use them with AI's.

    that is a large amount of food. but that is a huge difference with being a nattie compared to having technology on board. i am stuffed after 3 pancakes, mine or a restaurant's version. at this point i am streamlining my offseason. i am recovering from a hip flexor injury so i am going to give keto a whirl, since my training is so low intensity right now.

    I do one all out cheat meal and get a pretty nasty bloat. I recently acquired some natural diurietics and betain HCL.

    When and how much betain HCL do I take? (I know I have a problem with food sitting in my stomach too long during the cheat)

    I have NOW water out. A serving is 2 caps. Should I take this before bed, throughout the next day or both?

    How much apple cider vinegar and when?

    You start with one Betaine HCL cap (600mg w/ pepsin)... Take the pill about half way through a normal meal. If you don't feel a burning sensation in your stomach, then with the next meal you take 2 caps (1200mg). If you don't feel a burning sensation, then the next meal you take 3 caps and so on until you feel the burning sensation. Then you know to scale back by one pill and you have found your dose (for the time being). Max you should take is 6-7 pills.

    Continue this protocol day after day, until you work your way back down to 1 pill, then 0 pills.

    I suppose you could probably jump in to 4-5 pills the first time if it is a cheat meal.

    I just take the apple cider vinegar pills throughout the day, and a double dose after the cheat. I take 3-4 200mg pills each dose.

    Then magnesium asporotate before bed. Along with potassium citrate.

    Then 1 scoop ragnarok with caffeine. I use that for the caffeine plus elecrtolytes, plus creatine uptake. Always makes me piss out water like crazy.

    you don't have to before or after. But I find it can help. Next day for sure.

    If you are doing a dry cheat meal (meaning only drinking enough fluid to get by) then no need for diuretics before.

    Don't go crazy with the diuretics though... you want to stay safe

    this thread just reminded me of this show I watched the other day on top 100 foods around the country.

    There was this burger joint that had this burger:

    8oz angus patty topped with 3 fried eggs and six slices of bacon... And of course this burger was too big to fit in a bun... So they sandwiched it between 2 grilled cheese sandwiches on texas toast.
