I like the album "The Fame"....has some good tracks on it...fave....Poker Face.....
From the video (totally bizarre by the way!) it seems like she is going for the Madonna crowd that lost interest when Maddy found Kabbalah.....

Awesome post, Swede- and I for one have her stuff on my iPod, especially Bad Romance and Poker Face... and I lift heavy, and am in a primitive hardcore gym- it just is very energizing music!

most people doesn't really enjoy music because the "story" it tells, mostly because the beat and hook is appealing and makes you happy.

People should listen to whatever makes them happy, but they shouldn't claim its amazing or super good etc, the Only purpose of her music at this point is trying to appeal to as many minds as possible and shock people to keep the talk going.

she didn't all of a sudden take the "sex route".

She doesn't display what a great musician she really is at this point, she also proves she doesn't have to and the entertaintment buisness doesn reward the dispaly of Real talent anymore. Which is the sad truth.

And don't even get me started on rap lo,l ruining what was one a "race" of amazing musicians which has Devolved into lil wayne. I bet hendrix is turning in his grave.

Little known fact about The Game - or... perhaps well known ??? he had a basketball scholarship to Washington State... he was pretty awesome at Compton High in LA... forget why he didn't play there... I think he got kicked out of school or something.
