Ms. Sibil, do you know how rare it is in the states to have women training men? What is your background? Are you a former athlete. Does you also work with women?

I just saw pictures of Quincy preparing for a show so that question has been answered. He should be a fitness model. He's got a major fan in Houston.

I dont see him getting him gaining anymore muscle at this point, not that he needs it, but only better & more refined..

Exactly, the more and more I'm around the sport, the role of genetics becomes much more clearer to me. Even off stage, there are guys I know using the same supps and their body's development response differs vastly from guy to guy.

I agree he has a great foundation layed down, as should work on 3-5 pound increments in my opinion versus trying to put on a ton of size. But I'm a newb, what do I know...haha

My honeymoon was in Curacao. Most famous person I knew from there was Andruuw Jones who used to play baseball for the Atlanta Braves. Hopefully Roe will put the Dutch Antilies on the map even further!!
