Clen at 16?
Is it safe for me to take it? I am 16 years old. I am at 170 5'7" 14-16%bf. Are there any sides to taking it at this age. Would I need a pct? If I take it I will take it with taurine. I have read on its chemical properties, but they don't have age and what not. I read it may cause liver damage, so maybe a liver support supp.

too many variables.
give us an idea of what you are doing for your training and an average daily nutritional intake. taking drugs while everything is outta whack, leads to wanting more drugs because the first one doesnt work.

Ok I have a 5 day split:
Monday-chest
Tuesday:legs/traps
Wednesday-arms
thursday-shoulders
Friday-back
example of a day for me, on a cut
bf-whey shake with milk. 2 boiled eggs
lunch-multi grain sandwich of turkey and provolone
dinner-veggies w/chicken or meat and a carb
snacks in between vary from what I have
I take a whey shake after I workout out and creatine
for cardio I do basketball 2-3 times a week for 30-1hr

stay on this site. but stay out of the chem sections. stick to the diet and training areas so you can advance you knowledge in those areas first. your to young to be worrying about clen. take it from me. i did shit when i was to young and i regret it now. theres SOO much to learn about diet and training and what your body responds to that drugs should be the very last variable on anyones list. just my 2 cents. late

It's not a wonder drug. There is plenty of room in your diet and cardio to make the changes.
I don't know if you're gonna find any studies of clen on 16 year olds.

The fact that you are asking if you will need pct after your clen cycles pretty much sums it up.

Too young. Why take it if you don't need it.
"Get me to my goals faster" is 100% the wrong mentality. If you take it you're setting yourself up for failure, do the work and earn it.

exactly the right place to start.
you arent going to acheive your goals "faster" by using this or any other drug with the amount of calories, the types of calories and how few times a day you are eating. add to that the limited cardio you are doing and well, its just not gonna happen. you will lose some weight at first. and then it will become a larger percentage of muscle mass that you are losing and not bodyfat.
please do yourself a favor and head over to the nutrition section first. read a few pages worth of posts to get an idea of a much better way to eat, nutrient timing and how to do your cardio sessions. basketball is fun, but not remotely optimum for losign bodyfat in a reasonable amount of time.
post some bodyshots of yourself so we can get a better idea of who you are. there are some great minds here. don't dismiss them because we are steering you away from using pharmaceuticals.
btw, clen is not an AAS, thus there is no need for PCT.
