not trying to bash on you but evidence shows that low levels of insulin(higher fat/low carb diets) are much better on lipid profiles. Below is a study showing the results.
On the other hand yes you have no muscle and clen isnt necessary

The cons of keto isn't that it is very unhealthy, the con is the great drop in strength. it is very depressing, i pefer just to eat moderate carbs. Dave talks as though being in ketosis is the only way to lose weight.

It's definitely not the only way to diet - but I have to tell you that my strength increased on the keto diet up until 6 weeks out from contest. The only reason it didn't keep increasing was because I had a shoulder injury. I do think it puts some people in the dirt strength wise, but I'm not one of those people.
Everyone is different - the trick is finding what works for YOU.

ok brahs, for the last time these are really bad pics, i've been on a cut for like 2 weeks. I look more defined now. The only part where i hold a lot of fat is on my lower abs. My upper 4 abs are showing nicely. I'm at 172 now, but gonna get to 165 or less because i'm cycling off of creatine now. And look above my diet is exemplary. alright next i will start a cycle of ec stack or oxyelite pro dont know yet.

You need to do some serious work on your chest,,,and your back.. Your quads are alright... but the rest needs a lot of work...

bodybuilding is a marathon, not a sprint
At your age, the only thing you should be taking is food! Supplements such as protein shakes, glutamine, creatine, and other vitamins are fine as well. But as far as Clen or any other anabolics goes, your too young. Your body needs to mature!

i know my back is lagging like a bitch, but my chest is actually pretty good (srs), traps are good, quads are coming in nicely. But your right on back starting to see it better though with my new back routine. But, my chest i'd have to argue is a pretty good part of my body, i rep 205 on bb flat bench.
