Cheat meals, mind f*ck
In a nut shell, I've been dieting for almost 14 days now, I went 11 days without a cheat meal, but the last 3 nights in a row I've cheated before bed. Each of these three times, I ate 100% what I was suppose to, sometimes having less than 150 carbs by the 5th meal. Each morning I've looked in the mirror and I'm noticeably leaner...
talk about a mind f*ck.

I don't quite understand. If you are eating what you are supposed to, then how are you cheating?

Why dont you write the whole thing out a first.
Say what diet you are on and also say what you ate as a cheat meal.
Are you looking for attention or help.
Lets see some pics of pink cupckakes already,Cupkake!

keep in mind also that fat loss is a delayed reaction... meaning it takes 2-3 days or so. So when you wake up leaner on wednesday, is is from whatever you were doing on sunday or monday... not what you did that particular day. I hope that makes sense.

Also, throughout those two weeks you're eating clean 95% of the time and only cheating that last remaining 5% (%just an estimate). So which would would expect to weigh more heavily on your progress at the end of that time period. It very well could have had an impact on how lean you could have been had you not cheated but not enough to completely stop or reverse the process.
