Ah, word. Yeah I misunderstood, thanks for clearing.
You're right, its not a pussy program.... it's just not a bodybuilding program. Nothing wrong with that since he didnt design it that way. But neither is it a program that you can progress with unless you apply the principles in a change pattern. And that in a nutshell is what it's all about when it comes to any type of fitness. Anytime you get to a certain level in any program you have to change it because hello, your body is no longer the same as when you started. Thats just basic knowledge, but from what Ive seen of the program (and I did see the DVDs) they dont allow for it.
Ten years Thai training is sick.... I THOUGHT I had heard you mention that a while back which is why I was a little confused. Did you have intervals back then or were your teachers old school continuous cardio proponents? Hell even the military is changing their continuous cardio shit for interval training.

I'm not even 30 yet, but my knees are clicky as hell, because I didn't know fuck all about nutrition and supplementation for joint support (omega 3's, faty acids and glucosomine etc). I no longer compete or train MT and have lost all the super conditioning and flexibility - which I am trying to get back, as I am getting into MMA training now (since just over a year ago), which so much harder on the body.
Yes, even back then we had intervals, but I didn't know that's what they called it.. those ancient warriors from the Far East sure were ahead of the times!
