My muscles are much fuller and pumps are insane. Vascularity is coming out nicely. Loving it so far. But I used it a few times a day. Working my way up. It all depends on your goals

wish russianstar was around more often......i get away with 2 n2slin during cut time, maybe i should grab a bottle and run 3 a day to finish up the weight gaining season
