i dont think u need to drop gh.. but as for test u should drop it roughly 2 weeks before your show.. otherwise u might end up holding water.

i usually drop the test on wednesday before the show, only because I don't want any lumps on stage. You can run it all the way through, if you're running an anti e you'll be good. I run 1mg arimidex ED the last 4 weeks. gh i run all the way through the show.

Depends if you need to make weight, natural tendancy to hold water, and sensitivity to test.

Depending on Diuretics to eliminate all the water is a little risky. The milder diuretic needed the easier it is to dial yourself in. Most end up flat and smooth.

Leave out the test if your going with Halo the last 4 weeks. Cut the test out 6 weeks. With all the other gear you may end up harder without it.

Do you compete?cause that's info is older than my grandmother and she's dead.If you need to make wieght take a lasix(have some liquid potasium handy if you cramp)if you are one to get flat take aldactone.Cut the test 6 weeks out no wonder you look flat."depending on diurectics to eliminate water is a little to risky" what kinda retarted statement is that.I admit i have nade a bad post or 2 but this one is horrible, you need to go back and rethink and reseaerch your thinking.....or are you a natty cause thats what it sounds like!

This is something that's been on my mind as well because you always hear about dropping test and gh before a show. In the past I'd never tried gh before and used prop for my test. But this time around I'm on test cyp and gh, so I've been a bit concerned. It makes sense that an anti-e (I'm thinking aromasin might be best?) should help out with test bloat. But, what's taking care of the subq water from gh? Is it just the use of a diuretic?

If so, what are your recomendations for lasix tabs? I'd like to use in a way where I don't end up too flat. I'm on 3 iu gh per day right now, would dropping that down to 2 iu or 1.5 per day pretty much take care of any water problems?

    Thanks for any info guys!

gh holds water between the skin and muscle, test retains fluids in general. most guys i know cut it out 2 weeks prior and reach maximum hardness. water is the key to dryness/hardness. the body is made 70% of water and the water should be in the muscle fibers to reach maximum appearances. problem with tests and gh is that it holds water underneath the skin, instead in the muscles like what we want. but i doubt 2 weeks is enough time to get rid of it, so extra week should do the magic? anyone dropping it 3 weeks prior? btw, using diuratic is a risky business, when u are ready 3 weeks out there's no need for it, adn, if u are not ready 3 weeks out, u are not ready at all. i seem tons of people looking great 1 week out then look flat on the stage. water is important to stay in the muscles to look full and pumped.

pull water right, and u can run oxy's right trough comp, u need the testosterone to pull glycogen faster and more effective into the muscle.

letro/adex will take care of the water.

you dont really need lasix unless you cant make wieght or you can take a fleet(but my asss only goes one way)pretty easy 2 gallons of h2o up til thursday, then 1/4 gallon cut off at noon on friday for nite wieght in(chew on ice and spit for 1 1/2 days).Diurectics are like AAS's some people react different to some.I start 10mg aldactone on wed 2x up to show, but it depends how i look(i have a prep coach so he guides me)I have used dyazide but tend to get a bit flat.so it's trail and error,I think the best thing is to fimd a good prep coach to help you.Run the GH up to friday and the gear til wed!
