regardless of what you say they aren't lifting the weight, it is infact because they are tracking it, with shirt work you are likely to bomb at the top and dropping a thousand pounds on your face or anywhere for that matter is not going to be pretty

We are not holding the bar while he is lifting it, it is just a hand off!! Holy cow!! If you do not understand powerlifting, then ask questions. If you do not know about using a shirt, don't assume. You have to stay with the bar at all times with weight like this, well at least up until meet time.

There's one at Bolingbrook HS this Saturday and Sunday. Sunday is when all the open guys are lifting.

My meet is April 24th Long Island, NY. World Gym in Babylon. I'm not sure when Scot is going to do a raw meet again. It will probably be sometime soon. He is so strong both raw and with a shirt. So we will see. His record now is 715 raw that was a few yrs ago.
