PS yah Lisa is a beast especially in the gym noone trains like that fool at our gym check this vid out. she is going to get so pissed at me cus its her off season and she hates this vid but nonetheless she is doing her thing lol

Those aren't squats. The form is trash. If she hits parallel on all 35 (hell, even 1 rep would be damn impressive for a figure competitor), I'd tip my hat to her.

I hate it when guys OR girls post vids like this

edit: I'm don't like being a hater, but 1/8th squats are one of my huge pet peeves in the gym

I rarely criticize. Another girl just posted a vid of her squatting over 400 a few weeks ago and I congratulated on on the awesome lift. Another girl posted a vid of her doing barbell rows with 315, there were a lot of people who said the form was bs, but I thought it was fine and said my congrats.

She obviously knows how to train and a lot of exercises she's been doing must be getting the job done. But not the 1/8th squats. I don't post pics or vids, my lifts aren't that impressive and I don't claim they are, but I can squat that weight for reps.. PM me if you really want to see the vid that badly.

All I'm saying seeing people brag about how much they quarter squat pisses me off. But she has an awesome build and youre right, is obviously doin something right. What I said has nothing to do with whether she has an awesome physique or not, whether she knows how to train or not blah blah. Squats are just one of those exercises where I think form is everything. If someone claims to be able to squat a huge weight and isn't even getting a quarter of the way down, Im gonna call the person out for it regardless of whether its a guy, girl, strong person or weak person. Just one of my few pet peeves in the gym thats all
