Really, Toney should be kissing Bob's feet.
I mean, what does Dave know about contest prep?
I'm surprised Bob isn't the most sought after guru in the industry.

I also agree with the rest of you when I think that Toney should have been higher, however Bob Chic hasn't discovered shit since the last time he sat on the can.

So how do you play it?
Look great for the morning and fade at night or look good in the morning and improve into the night.
I've never really understood these contests. It seems like the real contest is the prejudging and the the evening is almost entirely just a show.
Everyone seems to want to look their best for the show but the judges seem to have generally made their decisions in the morning.
How does this work from a strategy perspective?

well prejudging is actually the judging so yes you need to look better for judging than the night show however if there is a problem most guys can fix it by then but its too late so yes thats how most stories turn out but i say look good for prejudging by filling out if you're on the keto diet but just scale back on the carbs a bit after the prejudging so you dont spill over but if you dont look as good at night it wont hurt you as bad as if you show up like that at prejudging. its not that hard, its just hard to find out how your own body will react to foods time etc...

Toney needs bigger arms and calves to break into the top 3. He has tall man's disease in that respect. Otherwise, he's awesome!

toney said exactly what dave posted above straight after the arnold in an interview with dan and bob. Bob merely agreed with what toney was saying... watch the replay on bb.com to see how this got into bob's head
