I'm pretty sure I remember reading a medical article linked from lyle mcdonalds site where the researches examined many hundreds of cases of people stopping thyroid treatment and none of them suffered permanent shutdown. After a few weeks they all rebounded to their previous pre-treatment levels.

Hmmm, something smells rotten here. First, how do you know your gear is pharmaceutical grade? Next, why the fuck are you using so many drugs at once? Finally, why are you looking for advice here instead of seeing a qualified physician?

Well I pick up my test and deca at the doctors office and it comes straight from their compounding pharmacy next door and some of it comes from CVS or Walgreens.
I dont think a little test and deca with some anti-e's is "so many drugs at once". Besides T3 and clen are recommended to be run with test.
When I posted I didn't really think about going to a doctor about my thyroid. I figured my diet/cardio or something wasn't right. This would be the right place to talk about that.
Guess I don't need to talk to you then.

I added the carbs recommended by scoobysnacks and I have gained 3 lbs this week. I guess it could be from switching from keto to carbs but still headed in the wrong direction.

Ok, I'm sorry! Why would anyone advice this man to eat 560g of protein? The man is clearly fat (no offense to you). He does not need to be taking in excess amount of protein that is going to turn into fat. His main goal should be to lose weight now. Of course lifting weights will help, because it will you build some muscle. Eat the right amount of protein, not outrageous amounts.

Drop the fruit and up the cardio to about an hour. Although I am lacking in some information, it seems you have my body type: Endomorphic. Cut out the almonds as this also contains some carbohydrates. What you're basically going for is a high protein and moderate fat with little to no carbs. Also, do cardio at least 5 days a week and slowly work your way up to 7 days. Make sure you get in plenty of fresh protein sources.
Hope this helped.
