Get rid of "Ask Dave segment" on After hours!!!
"if it aint broke dont fix it."
After Hours was just fine. It doesnt need the "Ask Dave segment"
the first 20 minutes of "After Hours" doesnt belong on "After Hours". It belongs on Heavy muscle radio.

yeh that section should be part of the intro bit of HMR before guests, keep after hours for pure toilet humour - its what it does best its hilarious!
what are anyone's thoughts of doing a phone in bit like they used to do on 'the other show'?? or maybe logistics wouldn't work as its not recorded live?

I think the main thing that people are missing is that now he show is being recorded to image, the format has to change. Go and look up your favourite TV show. Is that just 40 minutes of people shouting ? Of course it isn't, you wouldn't be able to watch it if it was. I usually try and read the forums while I listen to a radio show, and find I might miss like 5 minutes of it if I get on a good thread, because your mind has to prioritise what it will process first. If you have 5 dudes shouting at each other and moving around on the screen, it won't be as good as the radio show. I believe that these radio casts will be much better when moving image is put to it.
However, I completely agree that this section should be moved over to HMR. The whack pack is a team effort. 90% of the shows I've listened to have very little to do with bodybuilding, or anything body related. The master cleanse and ask dave segment fit in much better on HMR than they do after hours. That is my view on the situation anyway.
