I enjoyed the videos, good stuff.

What I would give feedback though for any future bench or squat challenges is that you need to train your spotters better to take the bar on command. Some of the spotting was very poor.

These Bros vs Pros events are becoming huge. Feel like I am watching real Rocky personalities. The women where AWESOME. Congrats to all who participated. RX and sponsors, way to keep the sport interactive. Keep it up, looking forward to the dead lift one. PS- loved watching everyone's lifting face, I make one of those too.

My only question now is whether should there really be a difference between a Pro and a Bro?

I mean is there really a difference between Juan Morel (aka, the Bro), and Raymond (aka the Pro)? They are both bodybuilders who are competitive bodybuilders. Perhaps the only thing separating them is a bit of conditioning at prejudging. They both eat, train and sleep bodybuilding, so wouldn't they be of the same class?

I'd like to see going forward, more of the darkhorses, the non-competitors, who love to lift be considered the Bros, and high level amateurs who are actively competing, and of course the Pros themselves be the "Pros"
