suggested guest for hmr?
hi everyone. i usually don't say much on the boards, but i just cme up with someone i'd love to hear badgered by dave and john: dante trudel. this is the guy who dreamed up the DC (dogcrapp) training style. i know the late jones and menzer were the pioneers of hit, and yates really brought attention to it, but let me drop some names on you. david henry, justin harris, steve kuclo. these fellas all made some pretty good gains using DC. i've recently adopted it about a month ago, and my wife has alredy been commenting about how i've gotten harder and how my arms have gown. this is just from training for 30 minutes, six days week on my lunch break. i think DC training is pretty good stuff, and i thought it's creator might be interesting to hear from

Good call. Dante is a smart guy and he presents things with well thought out examples. He's know to be something of a recluse, but maybe he'll make an exception?

You'd first have to learn the location of his secret mountain hideaway and then find a way to get there to talk to him, just to ask him a question or two. Very few have made the journey and answers are only granted to those who can truly devote themselves to the way of the DoggCrapp. (These days, his wisdom and legend is carried on via the ethos of the internet.)
Seriously, I think this comes up every 6 mo or so and the answer's pretty firm.

I like my recluse status....I think it surprises people because so many individuals want to be known in the bb world ever so badly, so many will do just about anything for publicity, and also so many try to be outrageous and make a name for themselves (Valentino, Anthony, etc)............
me? I like peace and quiet...LOL....to let my trainee's reap the awards of the publics eye and I stay in the background with a silent pride that they are doing so well (that makes me happy)
(I guess the above was a long way of me saying "thank you for the mention and interest but I must say no yet again")
The last guy I trained was Dusty Hanshaw, who took the NPC qualifier Border States superheavy and overall last year....and is now going for the USA championships in a couple months. He would be a great guy to have on the show, personable, intelligent, and as hardcore a bodybuilder as you'll see come down the pike.....I urge you to have him on the show.

is the like the Grand Master Chang lee from Shaolin temple....after teaching his skill to his disciple .... went to the dark snowy forest of the Himalayas...where he does his silent meditation and practices his "ART".....
and wud come back only when then KUNG FU "world" wud be facing some UNSOLVABLE EVIL problem....
comme on Dante, you are one of the greatest trainers of this century....we as fans, diciples, pupils wud love to hear you..

Id also love to hear Dante. Perhaps if enough people want to hear him, he may possibly eventually agree to it. I sure hope so.
