RD Caldwell- Ohio Natural winner

25 years old, training for 12 years.

Other than my legs I could beat this guy, I can't believe out of 200 competitors he was the winner!

If only there was money in natural bodybuilding.

The bit about god (or bits) was a little tacky.

No you COULDNT, Id bet my house on it. Those pics NEVER do anyone justice and Ive seen RD compete live, dude is thick and detailed. Those pics hide everyone's detail, they all look washed out.

Look how lean the welter winner is, and the pics barely show it.

Why post a thread like this? RD has placed 9th at nationals and I believe 3rd at Team U.

Ive seen your pics, although you have a good physique you couldnt get near RD.

Have some freakin humility.

disagree about you beating him. agree about the god talk. once would have sounded genuine, after that it was just cheezy.

for someone who hasnt competed you have a lot of balls!! so if their was money in natural bodybuilding you would be up at the Team-U schooling J-Rod, Kiyoshi, dave goodin..all of them right?

Your right Scooby.. I entered team U last year as a welterweight and had the opportunity to talk to RD at weighins..He is a really cool guy from Dayton, OH and he is thick as bricks.. if I recall right he had to come back later to weigh in since he was over the weight limit for middleweights..he was the very top of the middleweight class..he had competed at the N.A.'s as a lightheavyweight.

The middleweight class at the team u as you know was brutal and Rd was right in the mix of things... a friend of mine and member of the gym where I train Goss Destil placed 4th just behind RD.
A lot of times the contest photos you see on the websites..don't really give a true reflection on how conditioned or massive some athletes really are..depending on how the light angles hits and the camera shots taken really can impact how someone's physique looks.

Great to see RD take the overall...he has experience on the national level and is probably getting ready for Jr. Nats or the Team Universe which is in July this year.
