How did you get into bodybuilding?
I'm sure alot of your storys will be the same as mine, my coach told me I should hit the gym to try and put on some size, and get stronger for rugby.
I was hooked the first time I walked into the gym. I fell in love with how strong I became, and watching my body change infront of my eyes.
I then decided to look on the internet for exercises and diets to help me bulk up and I came across bodybuilding sites, started to follow shows and watch them train...the rest is history...

I used to drink a lot. Before I was even 21 I had so many problems cause of it, it wasn't even funny. I got sick of being up till 4 every night, weighing 140 pounds with a beer gut and walking with my head down. Got sober and gained 50 pounds in about 2 years.

I was in an arguement with my ex GF. She drove into a parking lot of Lifestyles family fitness and we were arguing. She left and i was furious. I was sick of being angry and punching shit (i was 17) so i went into the gym and loved what i saw. Had my parents sign a waver the next day. Never turned back 24 now!

I was the "fat" one out of the group I hung out with in high school, so my mom knowing that I had no self esteem, told me to stop being a little bitch, bought me a gym membership and some supps and the rest is history.

Became a fan of bodybuilding because I've always admired physically strong people. I wasn't strong myself and drank too much and got fat and then decided to quit drinking and stop envying everyone who was in shape and started doing it for myself.
Shortly I'll be on my way to the gym. 3:30am training.

I used to race motocross, and I went into the gym to get into better shape.
I think I'm black.
