hartford pro or bust..gettin boom boom pow~

well here i am 16 weeks and change out from my pro debut at the europa hartford pro. i will post pics this next week. i saw george this weekend so thank god pics were not necessary to start

i am starting prep at 138-140. about 6 to 8 lbs heavier than last year when i started. so i hope this off season proves to have been sucessful.

diet starts sat...so i am enjoying some eats and no cardio til then.......

suit colors picked. room booked. music cut....now gotta get this bod in pro shape! my goal here? to not get last call out.....

this will be hard for me, but i gotta remember i have gotten this far and am the bottom of the food chain. i have never been less than 3rd. would be nice to keep THAT going...but im realistic.

went out last night for my last treat...burger w SP fries, cheese cake and some benand jerrys...it was good but haunted me all night!

got my diet...gotta hit the store up today. george wants to try to diet me on no or minimal cardio this time to keep me full, which is fine by me. cals are high. about 2000. which may be more than i am eating already, but different foods. and no peanut butter..which is my downfall, so that is GOOD.

start tomorrow......

Yay! I'll be here, of course!! So excited for your debut... I really wanted to be there, but I believe it's the same weekend as the NPC Empire States which I promised to be at. I'll be thinking of you and following along with contest coverage as best I can that day though.

weighed in today at an even 140. so i have maybe 18 lbs or so ....not terrible, but more than last year.
