I have used it both with a winny anavar cycle and by itself. with the cycle I found it difficult to see any great difference to previous cycles. By itself between cycles it certainly seemd to keep muscle mass and strength. Can't say that it was worth the current cost but if cost was not an issue I would continue to use it.

Used it numerous times and got very impressive results im using ironmaglabs Ost Rx at teh mo
Dont like the liquid version as the dmso in most liquids makes your breath stink terrible

I am currently using both MK-2866 (25 mg ED) and S-4 (50 mg ED), and am currently 3 weeks into the cycle. At 50 mg ED of S-4 I have been experiencing visions sides, yellowish tints, shadows, etc...but have been just dealing with them. The MK-2866 Osta it's 1/2 life is actually 23.5 hours from what I've read, and S-4 is 4 hours. A single dose of MK-2866 is all that is needed, where S-4 I dose 2x @ 25 mg ED...spaced around 6 hours. I am using this as a bridge inbetween cycles, and to cut some BF...which I am definitely getting leaner, but also have been utilizing IF for the past 2 weeks as well. Also from what I have read is that Osta is suppressive above doses of 50 mg, and really no advantage above that dose...I have been advised not to go above 25 mg ED which is why I have not. I have been experiencing some lethargy from the S-4, and have know others to discontinue use of S-4 due to this effect it had on them. It does seem to be helping me keep my muscle mass while leaning out, as my wife commented on my vascularity last night...said it turned her on lol! I understand I am not a woman, but you can check out my thread if you like as I will keep updating it as detailed as I can...usually every 3 days or so. Hopefully some of my information may help others.
