I'm really happy that everyone here is so supportive and positive. I posted the same thread on MD and aside from FITADINA ( a total sweetheart) the thread has got all negative comments. Why the hate? We should all want the best for each other...unless we know for a fact the person is a douche...in that case we should all gang up on them! lol

That's a fantastic story ... I have a cousin who is 2 days older than I am and has topped out around 475... looking at him & the life he's had, I'm so happy your client has given himself a different future. Mega props to you both!

That is really awesome and inspirational. Mad props to you both...that is VERY impressive.
And I don't understand why anyone would want to hate on this guy (at the other board...WTH?). I would think that we all would be inspired, motivated, and encouraged when we see someone change their life for the better when using the tools that this lifestyle can afford you.
In my humble opinion, that is the true spirit of bodybuilding.

Great job PJ, and your client as well. Doesnt matter who your coach is, for results like that he needed to work his ass off.

Great job guys everyone has a rocky inside them and this kid found his
if he can do it any one can change. Pj provided the most important thing to
losing weight a life style change and this kid did.

thats awesome.great job!i was nowhere near that,but i used to weigh 310 lbs.i'm 5'10".now i'm 230lbs with some good mass.wanna be around 250 with low bodyfat.soon!
