Do pitchers hold the advantage over hitters now. Home runs are down for some big time home run hitters.

I wento to the White Sox game and watched them pound Atlanta. I am
starting to get excited because some players are finally breaking out of
slumps and the SP has finally materialized.

Buerhle has never been a dominant pitcher. He tends to make the most
of very mediocre stuff. I just think he has pitched too many innings for
too many years. BTW, the White Sox have won 7 straight!

I think the Yankees need another good outfielder and someone to come off the bench. I am still not sold on Joba.

Sox win 9th in a row in dramatic fashion, a two run homer in the bottom
of the 8th of a scoreless game. White Sox desperately need at least 1 bat.
You can't expect to be a serious contender with Andruw Jones and Mark
Kotsay as their DH.
We play the Cubs this weekend and they will play us tough. BTW, I watched
the Rangers dramatic win last night. White Sox travel to Arlington for the
7/4 weekend. Ought to be a good series.
