Has anybody ever been to one of these? Is it a big show? Worth driving 3.5 hours to see?

My boss, Lorenzo Jones, owner of Rough House Gym will be competing in Heavyweight. One of our trainers, Kasey Copeland, will be competing in Bikini. We're pretty much all going to be there. If you decide to make it, holler at me and we'll see if we can meet up. I heard it was really good last year.

It's a big show... Last year there was standing room only... and John Romano was the Emcee!!! This year they are taking a step down and using Shawn Ray... but it's still worth the drive. Sadly, I have a wedding to attend in Mobile, AL and will miss the show this year!

It's always a big show.. My favorite Local Texas show next to the Europa supershow. I've competed in it the last 4 years. Not this year though but I have a guy competing in the Light Weight that's gonna give the big guys trouble! =]

Proly because judging from your avatar you dont have to travel 3.5 MINUTES to get laid. Me? Id fly 3.5 hours. Both ways.

I was there last year. Yes it was a big show with standing room only, but I didn't find the show to be all that great. I've been at shows where the conditioning is more on point.

I will admit the competition was not deep last year. But that was the only year since I've attended the show that it was like that. I guess the new venue will do that. But hopefully this year it's a totally different story. From what Brian told me it was going to be a REALLY good show.

I've competed there 3x. Will probably be there this year, but not competing. Probably the biggest show in DFW next to the Europa, which is alot bigger.
