I had two hernias and had complications with one after the surgery. I had to have the nerves around the area where they cut me open deaden.
Nowadays, I feel better, but it did take awhile for me to recover.

14 days out from the Masters AAU Mr. A and felt the riiiiiiip doing chins of all things. 10 days out had the 'button hole' surgery (scope). Tiny glued on bandage ILO stitches. 3 days rest and back in gym being very careful but just fine. Oh...3rd place tall class.

my dad had the surgery, and after he felt great and got back into his normal routine quickly. well he f'ed up the stiching and had to get surgery again... id seriously take your time after the surgery to recorver so you dont end up having to do it again.

If its hurting while lifting then yeaa its best to remove it, mine only affects me once ina while doin leg presses, thats relle the only thing that it hurts with i just lift throught the pain.
