Guys need more help please if you don't mind.
My current weight is 85k (187lbs) not lean
I am currently following daves diet for the 200lbs man.
First off my protein powder is a blend but only has 1g of carbs per 30g scale weight so i weigh out 60g per shake = 52g protein per shake x 2 throughout the day.
I eat everything else as suggested with the exception of the Omega 3 egss ( i have regular ones) and i take 2 fish oil caps with every meal including the shakes.
Also the p.butter, i have 50g scale weight, Now dave suggests a tablespoon but i dont know what that would be but im guessing its 50g.
I have been on this diet 1 week this coming sunday, and so far not noticed any drop in weight.
How long before i should start to see some results
As said above i take 2 x omega 3 caps with all food (inc shakes)
2 x evening primrose caps
2 x green tea caps
3 x creatine caps twice a day
1 x multi vit
Any ideas guys & gals??

I noticed no weight loss the first week, I lost I think 7 or 8 the next week...Takes awhile to start shedding all that carb water.
Usually the day after a cheat meal, or when I feel like I need to deplete more I use only mac nut oil for a day or two to cut back even farther on the residual carbs.
As far as the conversion try this site: http://www.onlineconversion.com/

Omega 3 eggs from Walmart, $1.72/dozen. That's expensive?
I go through 3 doz./week.CutlerAthletics.com

On the PB jar where the nutrition facts are you should see this Grim:
Serv Size 2 Tbsp (32g)
Servings About 23
Soooo, 2Tbsp of PB would weigh 32g on a scale, which would mean that 1Tbsp would weigh 16grams
I do typically weigh all of my meats, but for something like PB I would just use a standard tablespoon (as long as you are not cheating and making this a heaping tbsp which could prob easily double your portion...not that I would know anything about doing that )
But if you don't have a tablespoon or think that you might 'overmeasure' using the tablespoon, then just weigh out 16grams for 1tbsp and 32grams for 2tablespoons of PB.
Hope this helps Reaper!
